1) How do I reserve my date?

- Email, Phone Call, Raven

2) Do you deliver every image you shoot? 

- I do not. I will provide the pre determine number of photographs agreed upon beforehand.

3) How many photographs do you deliver?

- How many did you pay for?

4) What size can we print our photos up to with our full resolution images? 

- 40x60 Inches without a loss in quality.

5) What rights do I have to the files?

- Feel free to duplicate, share and print to your heart's content. 

6) Do you provide the RAW files?

- I do not provide the RAWs, though they are always for sale.

7) Do you provide the digital negatives after the shoot?

- That’s just another word for RAWs.

8) Ok, how much for the RAWs?

- $200 per image

9) What if I lose my images?

- The first one is free, I will unarchive and upload the files for digital download. The second time, a charge a $50 fee is required.

10) We’re very busy and won’t be able to meet for the consultation, what are our other options?

- We can communicate, and plan VIA email!

11)  Do you travel to meet clients?

-Yes! I will travel 20 miles free of charge, after that a fee based on distance will be added. 
 

12) Do you have printed versions of your work that I can see?

 -Yes! I have a book with many beautiful pieces of work.


 

13) Do you offer Print Packages

- I do not unfortunately. 


 

14) Is there an additional fee if we pay via credit card?

- Nope

15) If we cancel will we receive our deposit back?

- Unfortunately not, deposits are non-refundable.

16) Something came up and we need to reschedule, will we be able to use our deposit towards a future date?

- Yes! I understand life can get busy unexpectedly, as long as a 24hr warning is given I will honor the deposit, and we can reschedule.
